Raymond Spencer
Chairman
Mr. Spencer is the current Chairman of Capgemini's Financial Services Global Business Unit, a Director of science solutions company Rubicon Technology (Nasdaq: RBCN), a director of the Information Technology Association of America, Chairman of the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute and Chairman of the South Australian Economic Development Board. He has spent the majority of his professional career working internationally in developed and developing countries. Mr. Spencer was a founder, Chairman and CEO of US-based IT firm Kanbay, which he grew from its inception to a global corporation. Prior to establishing Kanbay, he served 20 years with the Institute of Cultural Affairs - a United Nations-recognised voluntary organisation focused on worldwide rural and community development.
Neil Bartlett, MD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Bartlett is a co-founder of Signostics and responsible for the original vision of the Company. He has led Signostics through its critical early stage, overseeing business development, capital raising, strategy, and operations. He is a physician with a background in clinical practice and medical research as well as 15 years management experience. During this time, he was involved in project management, developing innovative hardware and software products, as well as global business development and marketing.
Dr. Bartlett received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Curtin University and Medical Degree with Honors from Flinders University. He also completed a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. Dr. Bartlett has received numerous awards including the Vickers Hoskins Prize for top mechanical engineering graduate and the Novartis Prize for top graduate in Medicine.
David Fisher
Non-Executive Director
Dr. Fisher is a founding partner of Brandon Capital Partners, a leading Australian venture capital fund manager. Prior to Brandon Capital, he was foundation CEO of Peptech Limited (became Arana Therapeutics and recently acquired by Cephalon Inc). He spent ten years with Pharmacia AB (now part of Pfizer, Inc.), including five years at their head office in Sweden. Dr. Fisher is a director of Nanosonics Ltd and Global Kinetics Corporation Pty Ltd. He is also a past president of the Australian Biotechnology Association and past chairman of the CSIRO's Division of Animal Production Industry Advisory Committee.
Dr. Fisher has a first class Honours degree in Rural Science, a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Masters degree in Applied Finance and Investments from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia). He is a Fellow of Finsia and a member of AusBiotech.
Michael Lane
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Lane is a principal in the Private Clients division of Pitcher Partners Adelaide. He specialises in providing management, strategic and tax advice to clients and is often actively involved in his clients' business affairs, holding board positions and attending management and advisory board meetings. Throughout his career he has gained significant experience across a broad range of industries including medical and manufacturing.
Mr. Lane is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Alan Young
Non-Executive Director
Mr Young is the Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of Baker Young Stockbrokers. Prior to co-founding Baker Young some 25 years ago, he was one of Australia's leading Fund Managers at National Mutual (now AXA), managing some of the company's best performing Investment Portfolios in Australia for several years. His strengths lie in funding, establishing and developing new businesses and enterprises to trade in the long-term and in business management advice. In 2009 he was awarded Order of Australia as a Member in the General Division for service to the community, particularly through business advisory roles with health, medical research and educational organisations.
Mr Young is also the Chairman Flinders Medical Centre Foundation, Chairman Flinders Bio-Medical Enterprises Pty Ltd, Chairman Adelaide Central School of Art, Vice Chairman South Australian Health & Medical Research Institute.
